Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. Express shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

Our jewellery is made from solid .925 sterling silver and real 18ct gold and rose gold. Some designs are made from high-grade stainless steel. You can find this information on the product page.

We can make any design in solid 10ct, 14ct, or 18ct gold, rose gold, or white gold. Please contact us for a quote.

All items are made with care and therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery unless the fault is ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental, so If you do have an issue please contact us and we will do our best to provide a fair solution.
